It’s True! They Do Believe Everything They Read Is Real.
October 24, 2007So J.K. Rowling outed one of her characters. Shame on her for indicating that her fictional creations may have backstories.
Unsursprisingly, some people have got upset.
Exhibit A
- Psycheout at Blogs 4 Brownback called it “revolting,” saying “Dumbledore is a gay homosexual who doesn’t deserve to live on G-d’s green earth.”
Fancy that, a gay homosexual? More concerning is the belief that fictional characters live on God’s green earth.
My admiration for J.K. Rowling just went up a notch.
