This presentation came to mind after I listened to a segment on Newstalk a few days ago about an underfunded primary school which had no computers at all in one building. The principal was quite clear that the funding the school received from the government would scarcely cover their increasing utilities bills.
Knowledge economy, don’t make me laugh.
